Welcome to Driftwood K9 Dog Training. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Driftwood K9's Services.
1. Training Services
Driftwood K9 provides professional dog training, including residential immersion and behavior modification. By booking our services, you agree to follow the training plan provided by our expert trainers to ensure the best results for your canine companion.
2. Health and Safety
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments. Owners must disclose any history of aggression or medical conditions prior to the start of any training program for the safety of all animals and staff.
3. Bookings and Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking for residential programs. Full payment for all services is due according to the schedule provided at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for individual sessions. For residential immersion programs, a longer notice period is required, as detailed in your specific booking agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session or deposit.
5. Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of your pet, Driftwood K9 cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss that occurs during or after the training program, provided that our trainers have followed professional standards of care.
6. Modifications to Terms
Driftwood K9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
